Our bathroom installation process

Site Survey & Works Schedule
We complete a detailed site survey and a work schedule to ensure your installation runs smoothly.
Site Preparation
We lay floor protection from the property entrance to the working area; this includes dust sheeting furniture and sealing doorways if required.
Demolishing
This stripping-out includes the removal and safe disposal of all sanitaryware, floor and wall coverings, including underlying substrates if required, along with all fixtures and fittings.
First Fix
We install new plumbing, drainage, and electrical services in the first-fix phase. This work also includes installing recessed shower valves and wall-hung WC frames.
Plastering
Plastering works include rendering in recessed elements and plastering walls and ceilings in preparation for tiling and decoration.
Carpentry & Joinery
In this phase of the work, we construct stud work and boxings to suit concealed elements and recessed storage. We also install joinery elements such as architrave, skirting and doors.
Tiling & Flooring
Tilework is set out and fixed according to the design. We also install Karndean LVT flooring if specified.
Decoration
Here your room starts to come to life as we prepare and decorate all untiled areas, including windows, skirting, architrave and doors.
Second Fix
In this final stage we install products and accessories, including sanitaryware, furniture, shower enclosures and brassware. Finally, we silicone all wet areas and movement joints.
Snagging
We work together with you to create a snagging list and ensure any issues are addressed swiftly.
Hand Over
The site is cleaned and dismantled; we remove all protection and arrange for the skip to be collected. We provide you with relevant instruction documents and register any manufacturer warranties on your behalf.

Project Management

All our installations are fully project-managed, meaning our clients have a single point of contact to answer any questions and resolve any issues.

Scope of Works

We have amassed significant experience delivering complex projects involving extensive building and structural works alongside plumbing, heating and drainage upgrades.

Guarantee

Our two-year workmanship guarantee covers all our projects. So, in the unlikely event of any issues occurring after installation, you can be confident we will resolve them quickly.

Project Management

Our project management starts with our technical site survey; we look after you from the project’s inception to completion. Our pre-installation survey allows us to identify potential issues in good time. We provide a written work schedule that gives an overview of what part of the installation process will happen and when. Then once work commences, we are in regular communication throughout.

Scope of Works

We have amassed significant experience delivering projects in various property styles and ages, from 14c timber-framed thatched dwellings to modern properties involving the latest building methods and systems. We can complete everything from the smallest cosy cloakroom to complex multi-room projects that involve re-configuring existing spaces or creating rooms from scratch.

These larger projects can involve significant multi-disciplinary construction works incorporating plumbing and heating, above and below-ground drainage, as well as structural modifications and carpentry works. We pride ourselves on delivering the same care and attention to detail to all our clients, independent of the project size and scope.
