We have worked hard over the years to earn our trusted reputation for delivering exceptional bathroom design and supply packages on a wide variety of projects across Cambridgeshire; including premium new build developments, whole house renovations and simple DIY refits. Drawing on years of experience, we specialise in blending the latest bathroom innovations with timeless design.

We believe the best bathrooms start with collaboration, so we take the time to understand your design vision. Together, we’ll explore key design elements such as lighting, materials, bathroom fittings, and colour schemes. We use bathroom specialist 3D CAD software to create accurate, photorealistic renders so you can see exactly what your new bathroom will look like. Our goal is always to deliver a design that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

The Design & Supply Process

£150 Design Fee
Our design fee is fully refundable on an order of £5000 inc VAT or more per ensuite or bathroom.
Design Consultation
Once we’ve received your room measurements and photos, we’ll invite you to our showroom for a detailed design consultation. We’ll discuss the practical requirements, your preferred style, and your budget to create a clear brief for your project.
Design Development
One of our designers will produce a 3D CAD design of your new bathroom, complete with recommended products and tile specifications to bring your vision to life.
Showroom Presentation
We invite you back to our showroom to present your tailored design proposal. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share your feedback so we can refine and perfect the design together.
Design Update
Following your showroom meeting, your designer will incorporate the agreed revisions and email you the updated design and quotation.
Deposit Payment
At this stage, we’ll take a 50% deposit. If you’d prefer more time to make changes, a 10% design deposit keeps your project moving while we finalise the design and product details with you.
Install Liaison
We’re always happy to chat with your contractor or installer before and during the installation. To make things even easier, we also offer an optional Installation Pack for £195 inc VAT.
Product & Tile Delivery
We’ll deliver your products and tiles on a day that works best for you. If you’re not ready straight away, we’re happy to hold everything for up to three months from your order date.

With years of installation experience, we know that getting the details right is what makes a design work. For a small extra cost, we can provide an Installation Pack with product specifications, technical drawings, and 3D visuals – giving your bathroom installer everything they need to install your bathroom exactly as planned.

Having been involved in hundreds of projects, we’re also on hand to offer practical guidance and support.

We work closely with contractors and architects, helping with things like coordinating deliveries to match installation schedules and sharing our product knowledge at every stage. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for you.

Bathroom Design & Supply FAQs

While we’re based in Cambridge, we also serve nearby areas, and have serviced clients further afield; including London, Oxford and the Norfolk coast.

We can produce a full bathroom design and product specification for £150 inc VAT (refundable on orders over £5,000). This includes a showroom design consultation, a presentation of your proposed design and specification, one round of revisions after the meeting, and an updated package with design renders sent by email.

The timeline depends on how quickly decisions are made, but as a guide, the bathroom design process usually takes around 2 – 4 weeks.
