Your design journey
Initial Conversation (Discovery Call)
The first step in your journey is to schedule a Discovery Call with one of our expert designers. During this consultation, we’ll discuss your vision for your new bathroom, budget, and timelines. Most of our clients provide us with measurements and photos, allowing us to assess any structural or plumbing considerations that need to be addressed early to ensure that your new bathroom is both beautiful and functional.
Design Consultation
Our design consultation is a personalised experience tailored to your unique tastes and preferences. Our experienced designer will work closely with you during this consultation to understand your vision. The meeting will include discussing design elements such as lighting, materials, fixtures, and colour schemes. Our designer will consider your budget and any specific structural or plumbing elements to create an initial design that both meets your needs and exceeds your expectations. Our goal is to create a bespoke, luxurious, functional, and visually stunning bathroom.
Concept Design
We then get to work using our detailed design brief, creating a concept design. We will present you with an interactive 3D CAD design model, together with a range of exquisite materials and finishes for you to choose from. This initial concept will give you a foundation design to refine and develop. Our designers specialise in creating unique, bespoke designs and take a flexible, client-focused approach to revisions and changes.
Survey
Our pre-installation survey is a critical component of the planning process. During this survey, we thoroughly assess the existing space, taking precise measurements and examining the existing plumbing and electrical systems. We will then review the design and identify any potential challenges or obstacles that may need to be addressed. This survey allows us to develop a comprehensive plan that ensures every installation detail can be executed to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Design Refinement
We will refine the design further through consultation and using the information obtained from the survey. We will present you with a range of exciting options and work with you to make any necessary revisions until you're delighted with the design.
Materials Selection
With the design in place, it's time to select the materials for your new bathroom. We offer an extensive selection of premium products from the most exclusive brands in the industry. They include luxurious fixtures and fittings, stunning furniture and the finest quality coverings for your walls and floors. We'll work with you to select the perfect combination of materials to bring your design vision to life.
Final Stages
As the design journey comes to an end, we will share the drawings and specifications for your approval and final sign-off. For our installation clients, we will establish timelines for the installation process along with a detailed schedule of works and technical drawing packs. Where necessary, a follow-up site survey will also be carried out. For clients who have opted for our Design and Supply service, we will schedule delivery dates to meet the timeframe and demands of your contractors. We can also provide any additional technical drawings your on-site team requires to ensure your installation goes as smoothly as possible.
How much it costs
For clients providing their own measurements, we provide an initial concept design presented in our showroom. Should you wish to take the design away, we charge £95 inc VAT per room. We can complete a full measured site survey if required, priced on an individual basis; charges start from £165 inc VAT per room.
Your questions answered
Do I need to prepare anything?
If you have any Pinterest boards, magazine cutouts, photographs, or other reference materials you’d like to share with us, having these prepared before your design consultation is helpful. Collecting these materials in advance will allow us to understand your vision better and incorporate your preferences into your concept design.
Can you complete our installation?
Yes, we can provide a complete design, supply, and installation service for clients who require a full renovation. Our installs are fully project-managed in-house, with all the necessary trades supplied; we specialise in offering a complete turnkey service.
Can you work alongside our architect?
Yes, we pride ourselves on our collaborative working approach. If your bathroom project is part of a more comprehensive renovation or new build project, we can liaise with your architect or main contractor.
